Space Ordiman: the Brazilian sci-fi universe that blends RPG, comics and animation into an epic space opera
Space Ordiman is an ambitious Brazilian science fiction project that is gaining attention for building a dark, philosophical and immersive narrative universe. What began as a 21-book tabletop RPG system has evolved into a complete sci-fi space opera franchise, combining literature, games, comics and audiovisual productions.
Created in Brazil, Space Ordiman stands out for its expanded universe, where every format reveals new layers of the story and invites the audience to explore multiple timelines, realities and dimensions.
What is Space Ordiman?
Space Ordiman is a dystopian science fiction universe that blends space opera, cyberpunk, cosmic horror and metaphysical themes. Its storyline unfolds across three major timelines: 2009, 2030 and 3030.
These periods are not just years, but repeating cycles of human history, connected by a single catastrophic event: the Great Reset.
The Great Reset and the Ordiman colony
According to the lore, in the year 2030, humanity is annihilated by a massive energy discharge emitted by Ordiman, a colossal space colony ruled by dark entities.
The destruction happens instantly. Billions die without realizing it. Their consciousness becomes trapped in a collective mental plane.
Ordiman then offers a so-called “rescue.” The spirits accept migration to the colony, unaware that Ordiman itself caused the extinction.
They are placed into deep sleep and connected to plasma-filled chambers that transmit quantum data directly into their consciousness. This process creates a simulated new Earth, where humanity believes it has survived.
A simulated world and a trapped civilization
Humanity remains inside this artificial reality for one thousand years, unaware that it is imprisoned.
Eventually, this simulation is detected by highly advanced civilizations that exist on higher planes of consciousness. They attempt to intervene by entering the simulation and teaching humans how to escape through mental projection.
The plan fails.
Those who manage to escape discover they are still trapped inside Ordiman itself — a vast, dark megastructure inhabited by hostile entities from the underworld.
Time intervention and the Order of Lux
With no other options, the advanced beings activate a forbidden experiment: sending messages to the past using quantum cryptography through electrons.
These messages warn about:
-
The Great Reset
-
The Ordiman colony
-
Cult groups secretly assisting Ordiman
Most transmissions vanish in time, but some reach Earth.
In 2009, a secret order known as Ordo Lux intercepts the signals. This ancient organization exists to protect Earth’s mental and spiritual fields.
Using the information, they infiltrate cult networks and attempt to stop the coming catastrophe.
Are 2009, 2030 and 3030 repeating cycles?
One of the most fascinating elements of Space Ordiman is the theory that these timelines have already happened many times. Some characters believe reality resets itself in endless loops across parallel dimensions.
This transforms Space Ordiman into a philosophical reflection on:
-
Consciousness
-
Free will
-
Technology
-
Spirituality
-
The nature of reality
An expanded transmedia universe
Space Ordiman is not just a story — it is a transmedia universe.
The franchise includes:
-
21 tabletop RPG books
-
Official comic series
-
Animated projects in development
-
Digital lore content and immersive storytelling
Each format expands the mythology and allows fans to experience the universe from different perspectives.
A new voice in global science fiction
Space Ordiman represents a new wave of independent science fiction from Brazil, blending speculative storytelling with metaphysical depth and social commentary.
More than entertainment, it is an invitation to question reality, consciousness and humanity’s future.
